Kiska made a vital contribution to the completion of NYC's $4B water system expansion with the construction of two 650-foot deep access shafts (21B and 22B)
1992
Developed Central Park West Condominiums, a mixed-use building with 17 residences and two commercial units, which received praise and recognition from the NYC Landmarks Commission
1994/1995
Kiska was also instrumental in the construction of over one mile of twin tunnels along the Greenline of the Washington DC Metro
1998
Constructed luxury waterfront condominiums near the site of the legendary landmark Arthur Hammerstein Mansion
2001
Removed and replaced the swing span of the Third Ave Bridge, replaced most of the machinery and control systems, and demolished and built new abutments and approaches
